Now is a great time to connect with your students, and gather feedback on your course. Here are some ideas from our Teaching and Tech Tips Archive:

Do 5-minute check-ins with students - either for understanding, well-being or feedback on the course. These can happen in anonymously in class (think notecards or Sticky notes), after class in a Google form or quick Canvas Assignment, or at the end of a week or unit.
Send a no-pressure, "how are you doing?" email to all students. Those that need help can respond.
Identify and reach out to struggling students. The People, Gradebook and Course Analytics sections of Canvas can be helpful for this.
