  Proposal for final paper that includes the cogently articulated focus of the paper, preliminary literature review, theoretical and value framework, methodology, and implications for the profession and for theory building in supervision. Focus of paper can be on Option 1 or 2 below. (Length: approximately 4-5 pages.) Due Class Session #6.
