Using Resource Guide to Create Objectives (O2, O4)

• Please choose one CCSS. Then identify what page of the resource guide you find this CCSS on. After this go to the entry points page of this resource guide. Note what page this entry point is found. Then create a learning objective for a student that needs entry points to this CCSS, by choosing a skill within the same cluster as the CCSS that you have selected.
• Choose a standard. Write the CCSS as it appears in the framework. Now break this standard down into student learning objectives or tasks that the student will need to do (in an easy-to-more difficult format) in order to show mastery of the CCSS noted.
• Why do students need to learn the standards you choose for this week’s application? Give each of the standards that you chose to work with a purpose for how they are applicable beyond the pre-K-12 classroom.
