Please note, though, that this is not an actual course - you will not receive credit for using these resources, nor are you required to submit any work.

                                                          How To Use This Canvas "Course"

We use the Canvas platform to house important information and resources so they are easily accessible to you at any time. Different topics or groups keep information on individual tabs, located on the left hand side of the page.  Important announcements about opportunities and events will be housed under the "Announcements" tab.  We encourage you to use the platform to interact with BSB faculty and staff, as well as your peers, on BSB and other academic-related topics.  You can find individual files of information under "Files".

Important Facilities Information

We have three study rooms that can accommodate up to six students available for all business students to reserve. These spaces are ideal to work on group projects. The study rooms are: CC234, CC235, and CC239. Please check with the BSB main office for access (CC255) or email bsbstaff@salemstate.edu to reserve a room.

The Cabot Wealth Management Lab, CC-155 is equipped with Dell computers with networked laser printing. See lab schedule for hours.

Ten smart classrooms offer a differing range of capabilities for educational use. Among the technologies featured are SmartBoards, Plasma TVs, projector screens, Sympodium touch screen monitors, and document cameras. Some rooms accommodate multi-point conferencing. 

Accounting Finance and Analytics and Management Science tutors are available by appointment and Peer Mentors are available by appointment. Please see their pages for more information about hours and services. 

 

Study Rooms located at the Berry Library: Berry Library has 12 study rooms with 6-8 seats each. Rooms may be reserved in advance by SSU students or may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis for others. Rooms may be accessed by checking out a room key card with a valid ClipperCard at the Library Help Desk. Current Salem State students may book a study room online.
